Denver 2009 White Water Excursion Day!

One of the activities we do during our month long Instructor Trainer Seminars is the active rest day (we called them Excursion Days) because people felt we did not really rest so why not change the name. Though we rested from the normal training regimen, these were not lazy days by any means. Regardless this particular day Lesa and I had set up a white water rafting trip in Fort Collins Colorado.

The beginning is a bit shaky due to the employee for the rafting company trying to get the best position but enjoy


Our next scheduled 1 Month seminar is in Orlando, Florida and rumor has it we are doing a Disney Fit Day - sprinting from ride to ride to see just how many we can get in for the day. You have to participate to join.
