The Physical Fitness Basic Instructor Certification is an eighty (80) hour combined academic and hands-on training program. This program includes the biblical foundation, philosophies and blessings that are associated with the development and on-going maintenance of moderate to high level physical fitness.

Physical Fitness Instructor Trainer Certification:
The Physical Fitness Instructor Trainer Certification is an eighty (80) hour combined academic and hands on training program. This program requires the Basic Instructor Certification as a prerequisite. In addition to the training topics covered in the basic program, this program includes the following topics:
· Human Performance training
· Sport speed development
· Understanding child and adult learning principles
· Instructor development concepts
· Principles of public speaking
· School Physical Education instruction: Kindergarten through high school
